In case of a power glitch

All of the following actions should be done from the following account and machine:

• Alpha/VMS Node: cflt02.desy.de (TCP/IP: 131.169.32.96)
• Account Name: CFLT (password: XXXXXXXXX)

• If any CFLT crates are off: turn off racks C-1-1 thorugh C-1-11 and call CFLT expert.
• If all CFLT crates are on:
  1. on cflt02: configure -r2
  2. make sure the GFLT is on and GFLT clocks are running
  3. when GFLT clocks are running: on cflt02
     configure
