Highly skilled in technical data analysis and learning theory, her own experiences modeling voters as well as consumer behavior included driving forecasts, evaluating and recommending policy changes and leading strategic change initiatives for both small and large profit and nonprofit organizations. with experience in customer behaviosystems redesign for process improvements honed at Citibank, and Chase, before turning to blend principles of design and learning and utilize technology to leverage informal or formal connections, engagement and collaboration. Rachel's interests focus on driving results and impacting relevant outcomes. Her extensive experience ranges from business development work with Internet start-ups, assisting and evaluating social service sector program development as well as designing and organizing innovative consumer banking operations and system applications for Citibank and Chase--activities in acquisitions, collections and marketing. She holds an MA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, teaching certification and extensive knowledge of learning theory. In addition to her consulting practice, she is currently an adjunct at IIT ID teaching public policy to design students and championing related Design Policy intitiatves.
